This is how this sweet is made
The specialty of this shop is explained by Karigar Karu who is a resident of Daltonganj. We have been making sweets here for the last two years. He told that the sweets are made with complete purity. To make Rajbhog, Chhena is first prepared from milk. After this it is rubbed well. After this, 100 grams of semolina, 20 grams of cardamom, 100 grams of sugar is mixed with saffron color in 5 kg of paneer. After this it is mixed well.
After mixing for 15 minutes, khoya is mixed and a ball is formed. After which it is left in the prepared sugar syrup for 15 to 20 minutes. Rajbhog gets ready. On the other hand, 25 kg of milk is lost every day to make peda. In which 1 kg of sugar is mixed on 100 grams and kept for 2 hours. After which the peda is ready.
To make the third sweet Khirmohan, 9 kg chhena is filtered and served at one go without mixing anything. After this 5 kg jaggery head is prepared and put in Khirmohan. After which it is left for 2.5 hours. The color of Khirmohan is prepared from the end of jaggery.
